  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (2oz)- 22 grams

  • 2 ice cubes

  • 1 cup of skim milk (if to thick, add more milk)

  • 1 cup low fat plain yogurt

  • 1/4 cup strawberries

  • 1/4 sliced banana


Place all ingredients in a blender for 1 minute or until ice is blended.
