Power Protein Shake

Serves one.

Ingredients

2 cups of whole milk

1 large bananna

7 strawberries

4 scoops of vanilla ice cream

2 tbsp of vanilla yogurt

2 egg whites

1 teaspoon of sugar (or sugar substitute)

1 tbsp of peanut butter

1/2 cup of blueberries

Directions

Blend all ingredients until smooth.
