Power Protein Shake

Serves one.


  • 2 cups of whole milk

  • 1 large bananna

  • 7 strawberries

  • 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream

  • 2 tbsp of vanilla yogurt

  • 2 egg whites

  • 1 teaspoon of sugar (or sugar substitute)

  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup of blueberries


Blend all ingredients until smooth.
