Weight training program

  • 4 week advanced fat burning program for women. Each week will use a progressive approach to building up more and more training intensity. The program uses a combination of weight training and cardio methods including strength, cardio and circuit sets. All repetitions, sets and rest times have been pre-designed so there is no need to guess.
  • Each workout has been designed for specific days of the week. All you have to do is click on the day of the workout, start your workout and track.
  • Take your entire program to the gym with you! No paper or bulky binders needed. Simply follow your workouts using your mobile phone.

Nutrition Program

4 week advanced nutrition program for women. The nutrition plan has been specifically designed to go hand in hand with the weight training program to produce the absolute best results. Weeks 1 and 2 uses a meal plan to prime your body for fat loss while weeks 3 and 4 uses an aggressive approach to weight loss.

Nutrition Plan 1 (Weeks 1 and 2)

The first nutrition plan is a fat primer meant to stimulate weight loss. The nutrition plan acts in a synergistic manner with the weight training plan to harden your muscles up, burn fat and get you into top physical shape. This nutrition plan uses a low to moderate carbohydrate approach to start priming your body for rapid weight loss. It uses the following nutritional approach:

  • Low sugar
  • Low sodium
  • Low to moderate carbohydrates
  • Moderate to high protein

The idea is to start eliminating toxins from your body including excess sodium ( which causes water retention for that bloated and puffy appearance). You can expect to lose all of your water weight during this time period.

Nutrition Plan 2 (Weeks 3 and 4)

The second nutrition plan is meant to aggressively attack your fat stores. This plan uses a reduced calorie protocol which will stimulate further fat loss. This plan uses a low carbohydrate / high protein protocol which will help with further fat loss and increased energy levels.

  • Easy to prepare meals and recipes (no fancy meal preparation needed)

All of your workouts and nutrition plans will be stored in your personal training hub in which you have access to a wide range of tools to ensure your success including:

How it Works

Once you’ve purchased the program your entire program will be waiting for you in your own personal training hub. Once you purchase you will be presented with the following:

1) Short video on how to set up your account in my personal training program; this is just a short video about setting up your personal training hub

2) Short series of questions on your goals and fitness interests;

3) Short questionnaire on your current health situation; let’s me know if there are any health issues you may have

4) Download the app. This is important. To follow your program using your phone you will need to download my personal training app. The app is called “PT Hub” and is pretty simple to install. It’s 100% free and you simply need to follow the instructions.

5) Once you’ve downloaded the app you will be all set to go! Click next and you’ll be in your own personal training space. This area contains your workouts and nutrition plans.

6) To view your workouts simply look at your right hand menu and click on “workouts”. This will bring up all of your fat burning workouts for the next 4 weeks.

To view your workouts simply click on the workout.

7) To view and download your nutrition plans look at your right hand menu and click on the following:

  • Files
  • Files assigned to me

Here you will see all of your files. Simply click the right hand side (small circles) and download the files to your desktop

I suggest reading the file entitled “Nutrition Program Introduction” first.

8) Once you’re ready to get going and start a workouts simply click the button “start workout” and follow the instructions.

You can track and log all of your workouts here. You can use the PT Hub app for your mobile phone (once you’ve downloaded the app to your phone) so you can bring your workout to your gym or home workout space.

You can also track and monitor all of your body weight, measurements and body fat percentage on an ongoing basis. This will allow you to see all of your progress from day to day, week to week and month to month!

The program will tell you how much body fat percentage you have (very accurate) based on your tape measurements of your body! It will keep track of all your progress for as long as you want. No need to fancy tools!

Using the results tracker feature you can track other analytics in the following areas:

  • Body weight
  • Measurements
  • Body fat percentage
  • Weight lifted
  • Distance covered
  • Time spent
  • Completed workouts
