I've got a great power smoothie that I take after every workout.
Along with a good diet and intensive training routine I have been able to add 20 lbs of muscle to my frame in a little over 4 months!
1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
1/2 cup of frozen strawberries
1 cup of milk
1 cup of grape juice
2 scoops of protein powder
2 tbsp of flax seed oil
1/4 cup of oatmeal
And finally if you wish 1 tbsp of glutamine, and 1 tbsp of creatine.
Add all the ingredients to a blender and mix.
Drink and enjoy!
