The following meal replacement drink is a new recipe that I've been using for the past month. It's a great tasting drink that will provide you with high octane carbohydrates and plenty of muscle building protein. It's a great tasting drink and best of all, its very budget friendly.

This is a high protein/carbohydrate drink that is meant to do one thing , BUILD MUSCLE!!

Consume this drink as soon as you wake up in the morning and immediately after your workout and watch your gains skyrocket!

I suggest going to your local health/bulk food store to pick up the ingredients. 2 pounds of whey isolate costs about $15. 1 pound of oat powder costs $8 and the creatine cost $10 (nature's way). For fewer than 40 bucks, you can get a month and a half supply of this meal replacement drink and is just as effective as the top brands.


  • Two scoops whey protein isolate

  • One scoop oat powder

  • 1 ¼ cup frozen cherries

  • 2 or 3 ice cubes

  • 1 cup 1% milk

  • ½ cup of water

  • 2 small stevia packets (roughly one teaspoon)

  • 1 teaspoon of micro filtered creatine


Blend the cherries, ice cubes, milk, water until smooth (30 – 60 seconds). Add the protein powder, oat powder, stevia and creatine and blend for about another 60 seconds.

Remember, you may have to play around with the drink to get it just right for your personal taste. Feel free to substitute cherry juice for the water.
