Granola and Yogurt Snack

Serves one.


  • 1 granola bar -Quaker

  • ½ cup blueberries

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

  • 1 cup low fat natural yogurt

  • 1 apple

  • 1 cup 1% milk


Add strawberries and brown sugar to yogurt and mix well. Serve with apple, granola bar, and milk.
