Vince Delmonte’s Ultimate Training Series Is Back

Vince Delmonte from “No Nonsense Muscle Building” is getting another batch of 500 packages ready for sale. He was originally only going to sell 500 packages but after he completely sold out in a couple of days, he decided to get another 500 ready for shipping. I don’t think Vince was prepared for the sheer volume of people who are looking for complete solutions for building muscle and burning fat. Not only that, I don’t think he was prepared for the fact that people are visual. They want to see how things are done and not read about it. All of Vince’s packages are in DVD format.

I’ve been in this game for over 20 years and in that time, I haven’t see a whole lot of complete packages. Sure, you’ll see a 200 page book about building muscle, or a 300 page book about losing weight but you rarely see them combined into one system in a DVD series. Based on my experience, this is what most aspiring weight trainers want. Why read a 300 page book which might take you 3 days to read when you can look at one of Vince’s DVD’s and get started on your dream body that very night.

The system is a 9 DVD series that takes you through the entire muscle building/fat burning process. Vince knows what he’s talking about because he walks the walk and practices everything he preaches. This guy is in incredible shape!

Now, the complete system isn’t cheap. The basic package is going for $297. Yeah, I know, that’s pretty pricey. I’m not going to sit here and preach to you that you absolutely need this package or anything like that because you don’t.

I will say this. Most weight trainers are left looking around the internet and other magazines looking for bits and pieces of information about how to set up a muscle building/fat burning program. Most of this information is incomplete and inaccurate. Sure, you can go to you tube and take a look there but most of the time, these videos are a joke. I’ll venture to guess, most aspiring weight trainers will get even more confused by looking at the bits and pieces of information floating around the internet and waste countless hours doing the wrong things.

I’ve personally reviewed the entire course and I really think it’s a worthwhile investment. There’s no guessing about any of the information. You simple pop the DVD into your computer or DVD player and follow the instruction and information. All you need is the will to succeed. Vince will show you everything else.

How To Use Negatives To Boost Your Bench Press

I’m going to go out on a limb here and say that eccentric contractions (negatives) can be one of the most powerful types of exercises you can do to boost your strength levels. This type of training is especially effective for compound exercises such as the bench press. I’ve personally used this technique and I can say with a 100% certainty that this type of training works. However, you need know what your doing.

I’m going to show you how to use negatives for boosting your bench press strength.

How Not To Do The Bench Press

It doesn’t matter where I go to train, I always see some dude loading up the bar and attempting to bench press a weight that is clearly out of reach. I’ll see them hop on the bench and with poor form and mechanics, they’ll jerk, squirm and try and hoist the weight up. Most times, the weight comes crashing down.

You want to know something? This type of mistake is always made on the bench press. For some reason, these young dudes have something to prove on the bench press. Believe me, this isn’t the place to try and prove how strong you are. Check it out in this article.

How Much Strength Do You Lose After A Break

It happens to all of us. We take a break from weight training and when we come back, we are weaker than when we left off. How does this happen? How much strength can you expect to lose? How long does it take to get your strength back?

I’ve had my share of breaks and I’ll let you in on what you can expect when you take a break from weight training.

Is Protein All You Need To Build Muscle?

We all know that you need protein to build muscle. There’s no question about it. However, is protein the only nutrient that is responsible for muscle growth?

I think we’ve all be told that if we want to build muscle mass, we need to load up on a lot of protein, but is this line of reasoning true? Find out in this article.

Get The Most Out Of Your Supplements

Let’s face it, supplements can be expensive. A basic supplement schedule that includes a tub of protein powder, a vitamin/mineral pack and a can of creatine will cost you about a $100. You can easily go over this with a post workout drink and other supplements. If your like me, you want to make sure that you get the most from your supplements.

However, we don’t all have the same body types and daily schedules. Why not tailor your supplements for the best results. Find out in this article.
