Banana Smoothie

This is a pretty simple recipe but it has all the things you need to grow, bananas and pineapple.

The banana smoothie recipe is a classic. Remember, if you want a thinner smoothie, add a little skim milk to your recipe. Or you can try and add a little ice if you want to cool it down a bit.

Serves one.


  • 10 tablespoons pineapple juice

  • 5 tablespoons of all natural yogurt

  • 2 bananas


For an extra protein boost, try adding a scoop of vanilla protein powder.

Simply blend the ingredients in a blender and you got yourself a great tasting smoothie.
