Weight Training Tools And Resources

As we progress with our weight training program, we sometimes need help in order to continue to the next level. These tools help take us out of the beginner stages of weight training and guides us to the next level of weight lifting.

For example, a one rep maximum calculator can help determine a rep scheme based on your current strength levels. Another example are weight training and diet logs which can help determine the best course of action in order to reach your goals.

What I’ve decided to do is provide you with some basic tools in order to help you reach your strength training goals.

Muscle Building Tip!

Here's a quick tip spice up your meals.

Instead of cooking up your chicken or steak in a plain frying pan, try adding 1/2 cup low sodium chicken or beef broth.

Add some spices and cover to cook. The meat will be retain the juices and will be much tastier.
