Weight Training Advice
I've been training regularly for 14 years.
At times, I've been bogged down with the task of figuring out my next workout.
When I say bogged down, I mean bogged down to the point I would often hesitate and do nothing!
If you are in this stage in your training, take some advice from a popular commercial: JUST DO IT!
The most important part of your journey to weight loss, improved conditioning or improved physique is consistency.
Make no mistake about it, physique improvement is a long journey and there are some improvements made all along the way that are not going to come in just a year or two!
Stay in it for the long haul and stay at it regularly. Being regular at it for the long haul is better than bogging down and doing nothing because I'm confused about my next workout program. The basics will always do the job for you when you get bogged down.
