Tropicana Rapid Weight Gainer Review

This product is a weight gainer called "Rapid Weight Gainer" which is manufactured from Tropicana Health And Fitness company. The cost for this product is £7.99 for 540 grams.

I liked it because it is cheap but seems to do the job. Now I haven't been using it for too long , but if you're looking for a product that is cheap and seems to do the job go for this one.

The only problem I have with this product is that it only comes in bannana, chocolate and strawberry no fancy flavours like Cookies and cream.

I give this weight gainer a 4 out of 5.

There are two sizes that the Tropicana Rapid Weight Gainer comes in. The first size is 540 grams for £7.99 and the other is for 1,350 grams at a price of £12.75. According to the label, there is:

- 205 Calories;
- 13.5 grams of protein; Made up of egg white powder, soya flour, and whey.
- 26.6 grams of carbohydrates; Maltodextrin; 2.9 grams of fibre
- 4.9 grams of fat.

For a single serving (3 scoops at 54 grams), there are approximately 10 servings in the 540 gram container at a cost of £.80 per serving and 25 servings in the 1,350 gram container at a cost of £.50.

Honestly, this is a low rent weight gainer. However, if you are on a low budget, this will fit the bill. I would suggest adding at least one banana to this mixture and possibly some yogurt. If you are really under weight and want some extra calories, try adding a scoop of ice cream.
