Success StoriesLet's face it, getting into shape is hard work. There are no magic routines or pills that will instantly get you into shape. It takes patience, discipline, effort and commitment to get into top shape. For some of us, it takes alot of trial and error which may take months, if not years to finally figure out that magical fitness combination. Unfortunately, most of us don't have the luxury of hiring a personal trainer so we have to use the best information we have at our disposal. Sometimes we turn to magazines and books and other times, the internet. I'll be the first to admit, its always a hit and miss - You never really know if the advice actually works. This is where you come in. We want you to share your success (or failure) story. We all have a story to tell, especially when it comes to our physical accomplishments. Like John, who managed to get in the best shape of his life at the age of 74, we need to know that there are other people out there who have managed to overcome and prevail. We need to know that there are other people out there who understand our physical aspirations. A story goes along way in helping people reach their own personal goals.
