This is a classic strawberry smoothie recipe. Serves one.
2 handfuls strawberries
8 tablespoons pineapple juice
Simply add the ingredients into a blender and serve. Remember, if you want to thin out the smoothie, simply add a little skim milk or water to the mix. To cool the smoothie down a bit, try adding a couple of ice cubes to the mix.
For an extra protein kick, add one scoop of vanilla protein powder
