Schwinn elliptical trainer

Schwinn Fitness is a subsidiary of the Nautilus company. Nautilus is the second largest manufacturer of fitness equipment and own other brand name fitness companies such as:

• Bowflex;
• Stairmaster;
• Trimline; And
• Schwinn.

Nautilus is a huge company and offers both, commercial grade consumer home fitness equipment. Nautilus is a well respected name in the fitness industry and is very well established. I’m sure you’ve seen the bowflex infomercial on tv.

Schwinn is probably better known for their exercise bikes but they do produce some well made elliptical trainers. The Schwinn elliptical trainer is a mid priced elliptical and offers great value for the price you pay.

The Schwinn elliptical trainer is well made, very durable, and offers great features for under $1,500. Schwinn uses high quality parts and the construction process is very reliable.

There are some very nice features on the Schwinn elliptical trainers that make these elliptical machines a pretty good buy. The Schwinn elliptical trainers have some challenging pre-set programs available and all use state of the art eddy current resistance system.

All Schwinn elliptical trainers have dual action handle bars for cross training, and use a font end flywheel system. The Schwinn elliptical machines use “high inertia” drive systems that are basically larger than normal fly wheels. Larger fly wheels will always offer a smoother and more comfortable ride. All of the Schwinn elliptical trainers come with an expansive 18" elliptical stride that can accommodate all users in your home.

The Schwinn elliptical trainer also has articulating foot plates. These are basically adjustable foot plates that adjust to the movement of the stride. Your foot is never in a “fixed” position which makes for a more comfortable movement.

The warranty for the Schwinn elliptical trainers are pretty solid. Check out the warranties:
