1 scoop vanilla protein powder (2oz)- 22 grams
2 ice cubes
1 cup of skim milk (if to thick, add more milk)
1 cup low fat plain yogurt
1/4 cup strawberries
1/4 sliced banana
Place all ingredients in a blender for 1 minute or until ice is blended.
