Recipe For Strawberry Banana Smoothie

1 scoop protein powder (2oz)- 22 grams protein, vanilla
2 ice cubes
1 cup low fat plain yogurt
1/4 cup strawberries
1/4 sliced banana

Place all ingredients in a blender for 1 minute or until ice is blended.

28 grams of protein
31 grams of carbohydrates
