Power Protein Shake
- 2 cups of whole milk
- 1 large bananna
- 7 strawberries
- 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- 2 tbsp of vanilla yogurt
- 2 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 tbsp of peanut butter
- 1/2 cup of blueberries
