The Proform VR 900 is super quiet. The electro magnetic resistance system controls your workouts that provides an easy and smooth ride. No bumps or snags with this bike.

As with most Proform recumbent exercise bikes, the VR 900 comes with EKG grip pulse sensors in the handle bars. Pretty neat little invention. No more having to manually read your pulse. The VR 900 does it for you.
