This recipe is for one of the most important meals of the day, The Post Workout Meal, taken directly after a workout. This shake tastes so good and is so effective I look foward to it after every workout. It tastes great.
The ingredients and steps are listed as followed:
- Shaker Bottle
- Pour 1 cup of milk into shaker bottle
- Pour 1 scoop of Chocolate Advanced Six Star Whey Protein
+ Shake until blended
- Add 1 cup of yogurt into shaker bottle ( any flavor )
- Shake until all ingredients are well blended
Outcome should be a thick, cold, very tasty shake, with the neccessary ingredients for a post workout meal which would be the combination of Complex Carbs, Protein, and Sugars all needed to boost that insulin after a workout.
