Chris' Post Workout Protein Power Drink

I've got a great power smoothie that I take after every workout. It consists of

1/2 cup of frozen blueberries.
1/2 cup of frozen strawberries.
1 cup of milk,
1 cup of grape juice.
2 scoops of protein poweder.
2 tbsp of flax seed oil.
1/4 cup of oatmeal.
and finally if you wish 1 tbsp of glutamine, and 1 tbsp of creatine.

Along with a good diet and intensive training routine I have been able to add 20lbs of muscle to my frame in a little over 4 months!




























 

 

 

 

 

 

 



 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 













Muscle Building Tip!

Here's a quick tip spice up your meals.

Instead of cooking up your chicken or steak in a plain frying pan, try adding 1/2 cup low sodium chicken or beef broth.

Add some spices and cover to cook. The meat will be retain the juices and will be much tastier.
