Chris' Post Workout Protein Power Drink

I've got a great power smoothie that I take after every workout. It consists of 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries. 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries. 1 cup of milk, and 1 cup of grape juice. 2 scoops of protein poweder. 2 tbsp of flax seed oil. 1/4 cup of oatmeal. and finally if you wish 1 tbsp of glutamine, and 1 tbsp of creatine. Along with a good diet and intensive training routine I have been able to add 20lbs of muscle to my frame in a little over 4 months!
