A great tasting peach smoothie recipe. Serves one.

Ingredients

  • 3 peaches

  • 1 banana

  • 10 tablespoons apple juice

  • 1 handful raspberries

Directions

Simply combine ingredients in a blender and serve cold. Remember, for a thicker smoothie, add a little natural yogurt to the recipe. For those of you who prefer a thinner drink, try using a little skim milk. Simply combine ingredients in a blender and serve cold. For a nice refresher, add a couple of ice cubes.

For an extra protein kick, try adding a scoop of vanilla protein powder.
