Orange Smoothie Recipe

• 8 tablespoons orange juice
• 1 orange
• 1 mango
• 3 peaches

Simply mix the ingredients in a blender and you have yourself a nice, creamy orange smoothie. Remember, if you want a thinner smoothie, add a little skim milk or water. However, if you want to cool it down a bit and thin it out, try adding some ice.

For an extra protein kick, try adding a scoop of vanilla protein powder.
