Tasty Oatmeal Breakfast And Almond Chocolate Post Workout ShakeFor this month's recipe, I have three for you. The first one is an simple oatmeal breakfast that I personally use almost every morning. The second is a tasty post workout drink that is super delicious and the third is a cool down drink which is perfect for the hot summer. Oatmeal Breakfast • 1 cup slow cooking oats; Cook oatmeal according to package directions. Add raisins and cook until done. Pour into a serving bowl and add yogurt on top with strawberries. Add brown sugar. Serve with toast. Almond Chocolate Post Workout Shake • 1 scoop of protein powder - Whey isolate; Add all the ingredients except protein powder and ice and mix well. Once mixed, add ice and protein powder and mix on high until smooth. All the best, Blake
