NOZ Supercharged Review
NOZ Supercharged is owned by Nutrabolics.
I started taking NOZ Supercharged because I ran out of Dymatize Xpand.
When you start getting some great results from a supplement, you really don't want to deviate too far from it because you want to get the absolute most from it.
So, you can imagine what my reaction when I walked into my usual health food store and they didn't have anymore. I thought, great, what am I going to do now?. So, I looked around a bit and the health food store didn't really have any recognizable brands. However, I did notice the NOZ supercharged and took a quick peek at the ingredients.
The formulation was similar to Dymatize Xpand but there was some stuff in there that was a little different. So, I hesitantly whipped out $55 and purchased a 2lb bottle. Now, the ingredients listed in the NOZ supercharged are not in the same quantities as my usual brand, but hey, I'll give it a shot.
After my first workout, I didn't feel good at all. The workout was flat and I didn't notice any sort of improvement at all. In fact, I was actually a little weaker and it didn't feel good at all. Right away, I blamed the new supplement and thought of it as a waste of money.
However, after thinking about my state of mind during the workout and the fact that I was up a little later than usual the previous night, I decided to keep taking the NOZ. By the time my next workout rolled around, which was shoulders and back, I was rested and my mental state was alert and ready. My workout was fantastic and I was really tossing the weight around.
Ok, that was a positive workout but I was still sceptical of the NOZ supercharged. By the time my next workout came along, which was chest and back, I felt good. At this point, I've been taking NOZ supercharged for about a week. I tell you, I've never felt stronger and my workout was out of this world. I was actually surprising myself in the gym and after some heavy sets, I was wondering... how the hell did I do that?.
Now, when you start surprising yourself in the gym, you know your doing something right. So, I kept right on taking the NOZ supercharged. It's now been about a month and a half now, and my workouts keep on getting better and better. My weight lifting routine has never been better.
So, what's the deal with NOZ supercharged? Well, the formulation is similar to Dymatize Xpand but there are some ingredients which are a little different. Here is the active ingredient listings:
Creatine Ethyl Ester 1g
I'm betting the real catalyst here might be the combination of alpha lipoic acid, tricreatine malate, and creatine ethly ester. Alpha lipoic acid (ALA) tends to sensitize the muscle cells to insulin which makes the muscles more effective at absorbing creatine. That is, ALA mimics the effects of insulin in the muscle which allows for better uptake of creatine into the muscle. Also, a creatine ester is used in the make up of NOZ supercharged. With creatine esters, you don't need as much creatine in order to permeate cell walls. Unlike creatine monohydrate, it doesn't cause blotting and has a much better uptake.
I'm not sure what it is exactly, but all I know is that it is working great for me. Now, I don't know if this formulation will work for you like it's working for me. All I can say for now is that this is working great for me and I'm going to keep on using until it stops working.
Right now, I take two servings of NOZ supercharged. I take on serving 30 minutes before I work out and one serving 20 minutes after. On my non workout days, I'll take on serving first thing in the morning and one in the afternoon.
Since NOZ supercharged is working great for me, I have no problem recommending this product to other weight lifter and trainers who are looking for something different. It's not as expensive as the other 3rd generation creatine products out there and it works where you want it the most, in the gym.
All the best,
