Gakic by Muscle Tech works wonders. This product does as advertised and helps you pump more weight and more reps. I have been training for about 2 years and have used Gakic for a couple of weeks but have seen improvements in my workout in this short of a time.

Bottom line:

The first time I ever used it, Gakic put two extra reps on my max. I would suggest this supplement if you are trying to get over a hump in your strength training.
