Aside from the fact that the pills taste sweet, I believe that the only thing both gackic and leukic do is entertain your tastebuds... I have been working out for over five years now and have tried everything on the market, better to offer an opinion from actual experience rather than offer ignorance. I beleive that all these supplements are are really expensive placebos and nothing else.

Bottom line:

For everyone that wants to discover that "miracle pill", it isn't out there. Stick with eating heavy and lifting heavy... Oh yeah, don't forget your protein.
