Mango Smoothie Recipe
• 6 tablespoons of pineapple juice
• 5 tablespoons of all natural yogurt
• 2 mangoes
Add ingredients to a blender and mix. Remember, if you want to thin out the mango smoothie, simply add a little skim milk or water. Try adding a couple of ice cubes for a nice, cool smoothie.
For an extra protein kick, add one scoop of protein powder.
