ISA-TEST its a testosterone booster made by isatori. I paid about 50 with the gold card at GNC. I loved that it help the fat just melt off my body I dropped about 15lbs of fat and gained about 3 lbs of muscle in about 4 weeks

If I had to rate this out of 5, I'd give it a 4.

The Isatori company operates out of Golden, Colorado. They've been around for a few years and offer a variety of sports supplements that include muscle building products and fat loss supplements.

Isa Test is a natural testosterone booster / estrogen blocker that is designed to naturally enhance testosterone levels. The active ingredients in this forumula are:

- vitamin c
- zinc
- magnesium
- vitamin B6
- tribulus terrestris
- eurycoma
- epimedium
- grapeseed extract

The active ingredients in this formula are "ZMA" and tribulus terestris. ZMA is a compound which consists of zinc, magnesium aspartate, and vitamin B6.

ZMA was first developed by Victor Conte and is claimed to increase strength levels. This product was heavily marketed in the early to mid 90's as the number one testosterone booster.

There have been numerous studies done on the effects of ZMA on strength levels and the conclusions have been very inconsistent. One study has shown that ZMA in fact, helps improve strength levels while others show it has no effect at all. The results are inconclusive.

As for tribulus, this is a staple for most testosterone boosters on the market today. This compound has been around for years (early to mid '70's?). I remember first hearing tribulus back in the late 80's and it was promised to be the next big thing. It fizzled out pretty quickly.

However, with the resurgence of testosterone enhancers and growth hormone stimulators, it has resurfaced as one of the main ingredients in these formulas. Does it work in terms of building muscle and strength?

Clinical studies have been done on tribulus and each study has proven that this supplement has no effect on building muscle or improving strength levels. Although it has been shown to slightly increase growth hormone levels, the levels are well within normal range. What does this mean? Well, it appears that this supplement has no effect on strength levels or lean muscle mass.

Now, I'm not going to completely say that this supplement doesn't work. I'm a big believer that supplements work diffently for different body types. What works for one person may not work for another. However, I'm also a bigger believer in clinical studies. If actual studies have been done in controlled environments, and the pattern of the results are the same, it demonstrates that tribulus may not be useful for building muscle and strength.

Now, ZMA show inconclusive results and may be of benefit to some people. Also, grapeseed extract is used in this formula. This is one of the main ingredients in the Endothil CR formula which has had some tremendous reviews over the last 3 years.

Based on my research, the reviews I've done for the ISA Test supplement has varied from great to no good and there is no steady trend.
