Is This One Of The Best Ways To Build Muscle And Lose Fat?

The other day, I was looking over a men’s health magazine and came across an article about how the guys from the movie “300" trained. If you ever checked out the movie “300" you will see that all of the actors in that movie were in tremendous condition, including the star, Gerard Butler.

I believe the main premise of the article was how to use certain exercises performed in a certain manner that would produce the optimal amount of natural growth hormone release. I really don’t look forward to doing 45 minutes of cardio after a hard workout. I know, this seems to be one of the best times to do cardio, in terms of burning optimal amounts of fat, but I have such a hard time getting into it - Most of the time I have to force myself to do it.

These principles must be organized in a weight lifting program that allows you to grow consistently and build muscle.

As long as you follow these principles, you will always continue to improve.

The synergistic principles to building a strong, powerful body are:

    1. Smart weight lifting
    2. Intelligent, quality nutrition
    3. Quality rest

I know what you're thinking, "I've heard this all before" but what most people fail to understand is how to put these components together in a complete package that allows you to build muscle and a strong powerful body.

Successful athletes and weight lifters have know this for ages and it will always be these three component that will seperate an o.k body from one that is built from head to toe.

You see, all three principles must be in place if you are to succeed at building muscle. Not one, not two, but all three must be present and in balance if you want to build muscle and power. Smart weight lifting, intelligent nutrition and quality rest are the real keys to optimal weight lifting and building muscle.

If you can get these elements down in an organized, well balanced weight lifting program, you'll be well on your way to building muscle and the body you've always wanted.

If just one of these principles is lacking, your performance will drastically be reduced and your gains will be non-existent and at best, poor. Don't let anyone tell you different.

Here's where Building muscle 101 can help. Inside this website, you'll find information and weight lifting tips that will help you attain all three synergistic muscle building principles that will unleash your muscle building potenital.

Ok, but who are you? And why should I listen to you?

Weight lifting began for me over 14 years ago as a means to gain muscular weight for hockey. I was a dreadfully skinny kid. At 5'9" I was lucky to weigh 120 pounds. I devoured every bit of information I could get my hands on from bodybuilding magazines to news articles desperately trying to build muscle and add size.

At the time, I must have tried every muscle building and weight lifting routine there was, as I'm sure most of you are doing right now.

Let me tell you, I made my share of mistakes but each one of those mistakes was a learning experience. Despite my set backs, I continued my quest for information, learning and trying each technique. Over time, I began to realize that I was training hard but I wasn't training smart. I also realized that I wasn't feeding my body the right nutrients in order for it to grow.

Combine poor eating habits and bad weight lifting technique and you get poor results and injuries. I got both.

As soon as I started to train smart and I started to feed my body the correct nutrients and in the right combinations, I got bigger and stronger.

I want to share with you some of those basic techniques to help you get your muscle building routine up and running.

As you go through the material in Building muscle 101, you will discover that attaining a strong and healthy body is not out of your reach and doesn't have to be a confusing subject.

You'll find excellent reviews on the latest fitness equipment, weight lifting supplements, weight lifting routines, nutritional plans, and weight lifting techniques. You'll also find great weight lifting tips and some tasty muscle building menus.

    Testimonial:

Hey Blake: I hope this message gets through to you, because I wanted to thank you all at Building Muscle 101... After following your guidance and training plans I have achieved in one year my goals as far as body shaping and condition.

I am 45 years old and all my friends ask me how do I manage to keep such a young figure. I direct them to Building Muscle 101. Following your plan I had noticeable results in one month. Great job, keep it up.

    John

    Hi Blake,

I just want to say I came across your website a little while ago and have found it more useful and informative then most big name sites such as mens fitness and some others. I can say I have gone from a 35 waist down to a slim 32 and you site was a big part of that.

    Keep up the good work,

    David

Hi Blake: I am finishing up a cycle on the "Increase my bench press" routine from your site. What an outstanding way to make gains in this exercise. I will be 48 years old in the next 2 weeks and I am benching more now than I did in high school and College.

Your thoughtful approach to body building and strength training is right on. I spent years in the gym over training and stagnating. I'm finally making the gains I wish I had made years earlier. I try to give your web site out to as many young guys in the gym as I can who are training without any direction. Keep up the great work.

    Duke

Hey Blake: Thanks for the emails. Everthing is going great.  I've been eating better and my bench went up 10 pounds already.  Keep the information coming and thanks for the free ebook.

    Eric

Hi Blake! I hope everything is OK with you. Thanks a lot for the program. I was able to download the program in .pdf Format. Wow! I'm impressed... Not because my body changed overnight, but becouse the tips, suggestions, routines and nutrition opinions that you wrote in your guide have helped me to understand when to eat, how to train smarter and mostly... to calculate the amount of protein and carbohydrates that I need after excercise. I now know how to buy the best supplement according to my needs. Thank you very much and I'm delighted to recieve any other tips that you can send me.

    Federico

    Hello Blake,
I would just like to say thank you very much for your free e-book! It has helped me very much to gain muscle and strength that I never thought I could achieve. By sticking to your plan, I started seeing results within just a few weeks! Thank you again and continue to do great work.

Hi, I'm Jordan. I just wanted to thank you for your program and advice. I was 5'4' 116 pounds and after just 11 weeks I'm 132 pounds. My squat jumped up from 185 to 235 as well.

    Thank you.

Hey I just wanted to say thanks for creating your site. I'm an 18 year old male from the UK and am attending university. Recently I've put alot of weight on and really felt I needed to sort it out.

At 6'1, I got one of two body shapes: Bean poll or bean poll wirh belly. LOL. I decided it would be best to bulk up and use the fat I have to make muscle. I know its not as simple as that but your site has helped me to get started.

I think its great that you've given all the information away for free and that you really know what your talking about. So thanks for your help! Ian

    It can be downright frustrating!
