How To Make A Strawberry Banana Smoothie

• 1 banana
• 2 handfuls of strawberries
• 8 tablespoons of apple juice
• 5 tablespoons of all natural yogurt

This combination is a great strawberry-banana smoothie. A fantastic way to cool off for those hot summer days. Simply combine ingredients in a blender and serve cold. Remember, for a thinner strawberry banana smoothie, simply add a little skim milk or water. For a nice cool treat, try adding a couple of ice cubes to the mix.

The next time your in the gym, start walking on your tippy toes in between sets.

Get into the habit of doing this and before you know it, your calves will have grown without you doing a single calf workout! (Although you should be training calves!)
