This combination is a great strawberry-banana smoothie. A fantastic way to cool off for those hot summer days or after a super hard workout.
2 handfuls of strawberries
8 tablespoons of apple juice
5 tablespoons of all natural yogurt
Simply combine ingredients in a blender and serve cold. Remember, for a thinner strawberry banana smoothie, simply add a little skim milk or water. For a nice cool treat, try adding a couple of ice cubes to the mix.
For an extra protein kick, try adding a scoop of vanilla protein powder.
