There are no magical pills or programs out there that you need to know in order to lose those love handles. The only thing you need to in order to lose weight is the desire and the will to lose weight. Attitude is everything.
However, I'm not going to lie to you, losing weight and keeping it off takes hard work but if you have the will and commitment to succeed, it can be done and its not as half as complicated as you may think.
You also have to remember that you can't simply lose the weight and fat where you want to lose it. For example, if you have some fat around your waist, you simply can't reduce that area only. When you are getting rid of fat, it will come from all over your body. So, eventually, those love handles will will come off, along with the other spots on your body.
Alright...how to get rid of that spare tire around your waist? How do you burn off those unwanted pounds of fat? Ok, the first thing you need to do is plan out your eating schedule and your exercise program. Sorry, but you cant focus on one without the other.
