Homemade Protein Bar Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup peanut butter
1 1/2 cups honey
2 cups of protein powder
3 cups dry uncooked oatmeal

Combine the peanut butter and honey in a nonstick pan, and warm up over low heat. then add the protein powder and oats DONT COOK IT, just warm it up to mix. Press into a pan let it cool in the frige and voila - simple, tasty and effective!
