Healthy Cottage Cheese And Snack Recipe

A simple yet effective body building recipe.

1 cup 1% cottage cheese
½ can sliced peaches
1 English muffin
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 cup orange juice

Add peaches to cottage cheese. Add peanut butter to English muffin and serve with orange juice.
