Describe what you liked or disliked about the product:

What I liked was it's ability to give me a slight burst of energy that did not die out throughout my workout. Meaning if I want to work through all the motions of a chest workout:Incline, Decline, Flat bench, and butterfly's in all of those motions I can and not have to worry about losing my pump midway through my lift.

Bottom line:

I would also suggest if you have tried to put on weight to cut down that you take some form of fat burner. I would suggest Hydroxycut myself. I have probably tried at least 5 different weight loss pills in my time and this brand and formula seems to work best for actual loss of fat and not a loss of muscle fibre.

On a scale of 1 to 5 (1 being the worst) how would you rate the product:

4. I give it a 4 because although it is a great product I feel you need to take another product like hydroxycut as I mentioned to complete it's effect. If Gakic had some for of fat burner in it would be the ultimate supplement of this day and age or at least post ephedra age.
