Free Weight Lifting Charts

Welcome to building muscle 101's free weight lifting charts.

I’ve decided to add 3 free weight lifting charts for you to print.

The charts include a weight training log, diet and nutrition log, and a body measurement log.

These weight lifting charts will allow you to track your progress throughout your weight training program.

One of the biggest mistakes I see people make when they are starting out on a weight training routine is to not track their progress.

Tracking your progress in terms of weight training and nutrition will be one of your success factors.

You see, by keeping track of what you do in the gym and what you do in the kitchen will be one of your key success factors in your weight lifting program. You’ll know exactly what you did last workout and what you need to do this workout. Nutrition logs will also help you keep track of what you are eating and keep you on track with your goals.

It’s very important that you right click each link and save target as. Otherwise it might not work.
