“Free Ipod Workouts”
Welcome to building muscle 101's free ipod workouts.
Ipod is a great way to take your workouts with you. Depending on what type of video you have uploaded to your ipod, you could have your very own, “personal trainer” right beside you the whole time. I can’t think of a better way to have a qualified instructor, by your “virtual” side, taking you through an entire workout and giving you tips and guidance the whole way through.
You’ll find these free ipod workouts to be a fantastic asset to your weight training program.
What I’ve decided to do is give you some free ipod workouts for you to follow. There is no charge for these ipod workouts and they are all performed by certified professional fitness trainers. Simply download the workouts to your desktop or whatever file and upload them to your ipod for easy access. Once uploaded, simply pack your ipod into your gym bag and head off to the gym.
I’ll be adding to the list of workouts here each month so check back to see which workouts might be available to you. If you have a workout you would like to see, please email me at:
