iPod WorkoutsWelcome to building muscle 101's ipod workouts. ![]() The Ipod is a great way to take your workouts with you. Depending on what type of video you have uploaded to your ipod, you could have your very own, “personal trainer” right beside you the whole time. What I've decided to do is give you some free ipod workouts for you to follow. There is no charge for these ipod workouts and they are all performed by certified professional fitness trainers. Simply download the workouts to your desktop or whatever file and upload them to your ipod for easy access. Once uploaded, simply pack your ipod into your gym bag and head off to the gym. I'll be adding to the list of workouts here each month so check back to see which workouts might be available to you. Once you want to use the videos on your ipod, simply upload them to your ipod. Beginner Weight Training Routine This is free ipod workout is a very basic weight training routine designed for those of you who don’t know too much about weight training. Our in house, personal trainer, Jenn, will take you through a basic weight training routine. This free ipod workout is a very basic ab routine with 3 exercises. Our in house personal trainer, Tori, will take you through each exercise and how to properly perform them. We'll be adding more workouts shortly.
