Building Muscle 101's Video Training Series: Beginner Ab Workout VideoThe following video workout is designed as a beginner ab workout routine. However, don't let the beginner part fool you. It's still a demanding workout that will certainly tone up that midsection. I suggest you do this ab workout twice per week, at a max. This way, you give you abdominal muscles four days rest and that should be plenty for total recovery. If you feel 2 is not enough, add more ab exercises to the routine or increase the amount of sets and reps. To view the full ab routine, please click here.
