Building Muscle 101's Video Training Series: Beginner Ab Workout Video

The following video workout is designed as a beginner ab workout routine.

However, don't let the beginner part fool you. It's still a demanding workout that will certainly tone up that midsection.

I suggest you do this ab workout twice per week, at a max. This way, you give you abdominal muscles four days rest and that should be plenty for total recovery. If you feel 2 is not enough, add more ab exercises to the routine or increase the amount of sets and reps.

Alright, all you have to do is click the play button to view the video. Also, if you wish to share this workout with someone you know, simply click the "share" button and send somebody the workout.
