Are you a football player who has a gut busting workout? Or how about a part time
weight trainer who has a favourite workout? Or maybe your a serious trainer who has
a truly muscle building workout routine?
Well, if you have a workout that simply works wonders for you or a workout that
you have relied on for years, why not share it? There are hundreds, if not thousands
