I monitor and adjust your program each and every week. I provide ongoing feed back and support so that you are never left wondering what you should be doing next. I make sure your program works!

4) Want an experienced trainer to tell you exactly what you need to be doing to reach your goals. I have over 28 years of direct experience in this area. Regardless if you want to lose weight, gain muscle, get big and strong or get healty I can get you there. There is absolutely no guessing on your part. I lay out your entire training program, nutrition program, supplement program and tell exactly what you need to be doing to reach your goals. I will act as your "invisible coach" in which I will provide valuable and expert advice.

5) A program that fits perfectly with your schedule. Do you work shift work? No problem I can design a program for that. Do you work two jobs? No problem I can design a program for that. Do you work crazy hours? No problem I can design a program around those hours.
