I can work with just about any type of equipment you have and develop a progressive workout plan. Really, the only thing you need to have is the absolute will to succeed. If you have that I can work with your equipment to develop the plan you need to reach your goals.

I'll be with you every step of the way! I'll make weekly adjustments to your program so that you don't have to guess:

- How much weight to increase (or decrease);
- How many repetitions to increase (or decrease);
- How many sets you need to add (or take away);
- How much rest you need in between sets;
