Nine Week Transformation Challenge
I just got word from Jeff Anderson from Optimum Anabolic’s that he is sponsoring a 9 week transformation challenge. The winner gets a clean $1,000 for his/her efforts.
For those of you who don’t know who Jeff Anderson is, he is the original “muscle nerd”. I’m not too sure where he got that name but I heard it was because of his meticulous attention to training detail. He keeps track of everything he does when it comes to building muscle.
Anyways, Jeff has apparently made a pretty big splash in the body building world because of his “non traditional” approach to building muscle. His program, Optimum Anabolic’s is literally, sending shockwaves throughout the body building community. His unique perspective on training and dieting are simply out of this world and goes against all conventional training and dieting methods. Shoulder Busting Workout With Down The Racks
For this month’s workout, I decided to write about one of my favourite (and hated) shoulder exercises, “down the rack” seated shoulder presses. If you really want cannon ball deltoids, you will definitely want to check out this exercise.
Not only is this exercise fast, it is one of the most intense exercises going. Give this routine a shot and I’m positive you’ll see results in a few short weeks.

My Supplement Stack
I’ve been getting a lot of emails from people wanting to know what supplements to take and when to take them. I can certainly understand the confusion. Gone are the days when you can simply take some protein powder and amino acids and that was that. Now days, you got about 100 different brand names to choose from.
The supplement market is huge and a lot of the big companies spend big bucks on product research and development. Unfortunately, we don’t know which ones actually work and which ones are simply a waste of time and money. I’m going to provide you my supplement stack and when I take them for maximum effect. I’ll be the first to say that you don’t need to spend hundreds of dollars every month on useless supplements.
