I’ve been getting a lot of emails from people looking for simple but effective dumbbell routines. Since a lot of you can only train from home with limited equipment, an effective dumbbell routine seems like the way to go.
Nothing wrong with that. You can build plenty of muscle and get into the best shape of your life with a simple pair of dumbbells.
For this month’s workout, I’ve decided to give you guys a fantastic dumbbell workout. Does The Endothil Cr Work? A Personal Review
Over the last 4 months or so, I’ve been hearing a lot of buzz about this new supplement called “Endothil Cr” by Novex. This supplement has been touted as the next biggest find since creatine.
The latest reviews for Endothil CR from actual users are quite impressive. Users are reporting huge gains in muscle mass and strength.
According to the Novex website. A 6-week long bodybuilding study conducted in 2003 on thirty-one fit males showed that the intake of Endothil-CR effectively increased the strength of the torso by 100% and that of the lower body part by about 250%. A massive change was also noted in the size of the biceps – the biceps of the men increased in circumference, growing four-times their original size.
Believable? Only one way to find out. So, I purchased a two month supply of Endothil CR.
The results? I have been taking Endothil CR for about 2 months and there are some interesting results to say the least.
