It's Blake from building muscle 101. Sorry it’s taken me so long to get this newsletter out but to tell you the truth, these last two months have been pretty tough. Firstly, I had to pick up and move half way across the country which required a huge amount of effort and time. Secondly, I’ve been spending a lot of time at the physiotherapy clinic (you’ll find out more below).

I’m Off To The Physiotherapist...
Yep, I’ve been seeing a physiotherapist now for the last 4 weeks for my right shoulder. It seems I have a pulled rotator cuff with some pretty bad tendonitis of the rotator cuff and it really, really sucks.
It all started a while back from all the crazy weight lifting I was doing but it really got bad after this last move. I had the responsibility of moving our household across the county and this really aggravated an already upset shoulder.
