21 Week Cyclical Training Program By Hugo Rivera
If you’ve been a reader of building muscle 101 at all, you’ll know that I’m huge believer in cyclical training. I honestly believe that if you can understand and harness the power of cyclical training, your gains will double over night.
I’m talking about gaining super strength and building slabs of muscle. I know, it sounds like another supplement ad but what I’m about to tell you is one of the most powerful techniques you can implement into your training routine.
So, when I reviewed Hugo Rivera’s book called “Body Re-Engineered”I was pleasantly surprised to see that his whole program centeredaround cyclical training, including the diet.
Body Re-Engineered is a real eye opener and one that you have to check out in order to understand the power of cyclical training.

Muscle Soreness After Exercise
Muscle soreness after exercise is something we all have to go through in order to get stronger and build muscle. I’m sure that most of you reading this page now have experiences some degree
of muscle soreness after exercise.
Some of you will have experienced, mild muscle soreness which usually lasts a couple of days to delayed onset muscle soreness which can last a week. Of course, the later is the one that usually
sucks and one that can be really hinder your movements.
After 20 odd years of weight training, muscle soreness is something I’ve personally come to expect and, depending on my level of fitness, the muscle soreness can come in varying degrees.

Muscle Recovery Supplements
You’ve just finished a monster leg workout and now want to get your legs on the road to recovery in order to kick start some growth. What muscle recovery supplements can you use in order to help with the recovery process.

The term “turn fat into muscle” has been used to describe how overweight, hopeful trainers can magically turn 50 pounds of fat into 50 pounds of muscle.
Somehow, somewhere, the phrase, “turn fat into muscle” has been associated with people losing fat and body weight and adding quality muscle mass.
