The Secrets To Building Big Arms
Let’s face it, we all want big arms and we want them now. Since summer is upon us, as weight trainers, we are scrambling to get everything into shape and that means showing off our arms in tank tops and t shirts.
It’s kind of funny because no matter what gym I train at, I always see the same kind of activity around the weight room this time of year. Guys come in droves to do endless sets of barbell curls and triceps push downs hoping to add a little bit more size on their arms so they can show them off in a t shirt or tank top.
Just this afternoon, as I was training legs, a couple of young guys were doing about 10 sets of cable curls. One of the guys came up to me and asked me if what they were doing was right. I usually don’t like to be bothered when I’m training but I had to do something. So, I went over the basics with these young trainers and gave them some pointers. This is why I’m writing this page now.
I’m sure there are a few of you out there who really want to add a little more size to your arms in the next month. With that in mind, I’ve decided to do up a short article on building arm size. These are very basic points but I’ll bet you that they are forgotten ones. If you can follow these pointers, you can expect your arms to grow like weeds in the next month.
