OPTIMUM ANABOLICS CONTEST RESULTS
Just in case you've been hibernating the past few weeks, there's been an
"Average Joe/Jane Before-And-After" bodybuilding contest going on that
recognizes those men and women you see every day at the gym.
NOT fitness models and steroid-pumped pros...AVERAGE GUYS (and one woman
that entered!) who used The "Muscle Nerd" Jeff Anderson's "Optimum
Anabolics" natural bodybuilding program.
And the coolest part was that ANYONE could vote for ANY of the 30
contestants...and the winner with the most votes is taking away $1,000!
Now since this contest was all "abuzz" around the internet, THOUSANDS
voted...and now it's time to see who won.
And trust me...you have GOT to see these winners!
Their transformation is amazing...and in only 9 WEEKS!
And get this...2 of them even got MODELING OFFERS...just based upon the
transformation you're about to see!
Here's the link...go check it out NOW! VERY COOL!

Review of Dymatize's Energy formula
Over the last couple of years of so, I’ve had tremendous success
with certain Dymatize products. I’ve been particularly pleased
with the Xpand creatine formula and I’ve experienced some
fantastic strength and size gains with this product.
When Dymatize came out with it’s new creatine formula, “Energized Xpand”,
I was naturally pretty excited to try this product out. If it was anything
like the original Xpand formula, I knew it would really help boost my gains.

Light Weight Or Heavy Weight, Which One Is Better For Building Muscle?
There are some schools of thought that would say that using heavy
weight for all of your movements is the only way to go. I’m sure
most of you have read somewhere that you have to go heavy on all
of your exercises in order to build the maximum amount of muscle.
Is this the only way to train for maximum muscle or are there other
ways to pack on the muscle mass? Find out here.

Rotator Cuffs - Once these go, your done like dinner. Find out how this
small injury can halt all progress!
That’s right, your rotator cuffs are that important. I’m speaking from
direct experience here and I can only say that you absolutely must take
care of your rotator cuffs. Rotator cuff injuries affect your whole upper
body mobility and can cause you a world of pain.
I’ve been training for about 20 years and my rotator cuffs have paid the
price for my style of training. Find out how you can avoid rotator
cuff injuries and add longevity to your weight training career.

Help!, My Left Pec Is Bigger Than My Right, What Should I Do?
This phenomenon usually occurs for those aspiring weight trainers
who are just starting out and one that is quite common in the weight
training world. The way I look at it, some parts of your body are
more adept to strength and coordination because of body preference.

How To Build Forearms
Forearms, like calves, are one of those muscle groups that seem to
have been forgotten over the last decade or so. It seems that building
your forearms is not quite as popular, as building your chest or biceps.
Let’s face it, a good forearm workout is not quite as exhilarating as
a mind blowing chest workout.
I’m not sure why working your forearms is not as popular as training
other body parts but nonetheless, they are just as important. I mean,
what’s a pair of well developed biceps without a set of well built, and
high powered forearms.
With that in mind, I though it would be a good idea to add a forearm
routine to this months’s workout.

Grip Strength And The Bench Press
I’m going to let you in on a little secret. There is a strong correlation between grip strength and the bench press. Did you know that you can actually add pounds to your bench press by improving your grip?
Our friends over at criticalbench.com have provided building-muscle101 with a fantastic article explaining how you can improve your grip for a huge bench press.
Grip And The Bench Press
Well that's it for this issue. I’d like to take this opportunity to thank each of you for a great year. Let’s keep on hitting the gym hard and make 2007 the best, and strongest year yet!
All the best,
Blake
