How to build your own website that's professional and makes money

When it comes to building a website, most people don't have a clue where to begin. Where do you start? What do you do? How do you do it? Is there software? building your own webpage can be a confusing business. Besides, Who has the time to learn html? graphics? java?

I know I sure don't but if you want to make any sort of impact on the internet, you gotta have a webpage.
