Quick and Easy Chicken and Pasta

Simple, yet great tasting pure protein meal, Great for a post workout dinner!

Serves one.

Ingredients

  • 1 Lean Chicken Breast
      (Boil for 25 minutes)

  • 2 pinches of lemon pepper

  • 2 pinches of salt

  • BBQ / Honey BBQ sauce (optional)

  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups of Barilla Pasta (Cook to desired tenderness)

Directions

Serve chicken over pasta.
