Jordan's quick and easy bodybuilding recipe
Simple, yet great tasting pure protein meal, Great for a post workout dinner!
- 1 Lean Chicken Breast
(Boil for 25 minutes)
- 2 pinches of lemon pepper
- 2 pinches of salt
- BBQ / Honey BBQ sauce (optional)
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups of Barilla Pasta
(Cook to desired tenderness)
