Sumbit Your Body Building Recipe

Do you have a bodybuilding recipe that you would like to share with the readers of building muscle 101?

As weight trainers, we are constantly trying to improve our bodies through hard and heavey workouts and watching what we eat on a daily basis. However, "bodybuilding foods" tend to be very bland and boring. Eating plain egg whites and oatmeal every second meal is not a fun way to enjoy food. With that in mind, I decided to let you, the readers come up with some exciting meals that are healthy and can be enjoyed by a wide variety of people.
