BlueBerry Smoothie

BlueBerry smoothie recipe large

Serves one.


  • 2 handfuls of blueberries

  • ½ pineapple

  • 8 tablespoons of pineapple juice

  • 5 tablespoons of all natural yogurt


Simply add the ingredients in a blender and mix. To thin out the smoothie, simple add a little skim milk or water. Try adding a couple of ice cubes for a nice, cool treat.

For an extra protein kick, try adding 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder.
