Blue Berry Smoothie Recipe • 2 handfuls of blueberries Simply add the ingredients in a blender and mix. To thin out the smoothie, simple add a little skim milk or water. Try adding a couple of ice cubes for a nice, cool treat. For an extra protein kick, try adding 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder. All the best, Blake
